Gotta find a way to get out from under the bad deals, that is step one, then trade for as many 1st and 2nd rounders in this draft, go into the FA season with cap space and picks to make trades... Try toy move up in the draft if you can get into the top 2 or 3...

We all know it only takes 3 games to learn a new system. They should have beat one of the best teams in the league last night.

Meaningless shots against have been reduced and the Leafs offence and scoring chances eliminated, good start!

I'm not entirely sure the 4th line we have out there right now is the 4th line the leafs envisioned to start the season...ie. Bodie, Carrick, Booth, Smith. So not sure your complaint of the 4th line is really sound.

I didn't like the choice of personel last night on a few occasions.....one for example, surprisingly the kessel line gets the puck in the offensive zone for a faceoff, after only being on the ice for like 30 seconds.....Clarkson's line goes out, and proceeds to lose it, it comes down to our zone...goal. At least that's how I remember it. Then I turned the game off.

I agree, i think Orr OR McClaren can handle 6 minutes of ice time. This team gets pushed around. Only guy standing up was Holland...thats bad

Fair enough, I just know when we went on that little streak, the fourth line, and really all the lines were healthy. It looked like the team that was on paper. Then Holland got hurt and others, and voila, we're back to being a one line team, now trying to learn a new system.

That's the whole point of the statistic. That PDOs significantly higher or lower than 1.00 are a result of luck and over time will move closer to 1.00.
