He was out for weeks?

On a play where he wasn't near the puck.

- Garnie

The amount of time he was out doesnt equate to cheap shot.
Anywho, I dont feel it was has bad as people whined about on here.
It sucks he was out...but it is what it is.

It is interesting that you say that... when analytics started to get popular around here and Yost was extolling their predictive virtues, I was wondering if anyone had done a correlation between team size and success or team speed and success.

I wonder if we could say that generally speaking, over large sample sizes a larger team, and/or a faster team, will tend to win more games?

He was hit from behind ( interference called) into the boards shoulder first while on his knees.

The point is Ovechkin cheap shots a player, puts him out for 2+ weeks, and nobody has to answer for it - that game or the next.

He was interfered with then pushed into the boards, no chance to get his hands up, the guy was over top of him.

Oh I don't know about that.

If the coaching change helps isolate the player problems, and the organization finally shows it has the stones to address those problems, then that may be exciting

It's only fair for the rest of the league if KomaGOD plays on his knees while they race around on skates.

Frattin on how to find success: Just get the legs under me and if I'm skating and getting chances and hitting, that's where it starts from.

Dineen on Frattin, who leads the Marlies with 10 goals: "We're starting to see the confidence come back in his game"

If Frattin is going to skate and hit like previously then he may be worth while on the 4th line.

He was doing neither at the start of the year.

Off topic, but have we heard from MTL1 lately?

Would be nice to hear he's doing OK.
