meh... Mackenzie explained it pretty clearly - I think that's a good goal. Reimer didn't have it covered at all.
But ya, replay clearly showed the Shark (don't remember who) put put his hand on the puck and swipe it between his leg on that scramble - No idea how ref didn't see that - Badge
At the end of the day, good teams find ways to win.
well, no it wasn't. He didn't have it covered. It was sitting between his legs loose. That puck should not have been blown dead, because it wasn't covered.
Hey fun fact for you on that one... guess who was the only player Horacek decided to leave on the ice after the first goal? - Badge
Good, for now on just blast the puck at the goalie and then shovel him around until the puck goes in

line 1 only accepts tap in goals - Garnie
This is why Franson get's so many assists... he actually shoots the puck when he gets it.
I can't remember the last time I saw a one-timer from #3. And if he isn't shooting one-timers, I really have no idea why he is on the 1st PP at all. (frank)ing put Rielly out there.

Pffft, I lived through the Kaberle era.
This is a cake walk - TheThrill
Kaberle would pass to McCabe who would shoot EVERY time. would happily take that.
Phaneuf has one of the hardest clappers in the league, haven't seen it in weeks.
I don't care if it misses the net. (frank) only goal we scored all week was a bounce of the backboards

I can't remember the last time I saw a one-timer, big check, offensive zone play, stop forward from getting around him, overall flash of skill, heart, determination, leadership, talent from #3. Franson has been missing the net a bunch lately and catching a lot of shins.

he had a couple decent rushes last night.
And that one time I thought he buried Thorton in the corner and I was like "That's how you do!! YAAAA" and then the replay showed Thorton actually did a falling hip check and Dion just fell on top of him...

ya, but he's the only one who shoots with regularity.
Dion being on his left side has Phil chirping him for the puck every time he gets it... (cause he's slipping to off wing more) he's got Bozakitis from the last couple years
I assume that since Garbutt just got suspended three games for a much less dangerous slew foot that Brassard will be suspended one game for being hit by Marchand.

sounds about right.
Marchand will get a $97 fine to compensate Brassard for having to replace his skate blades.
Gardiner has actually been improving. He just needs to play with someone who will cover his ass, otherwise, he can be dangerous. Still much to improve on, but hes only 24 - Colin_Dambrauskas
Not even close! Gardiner is getting worse, not better. He looks completely lost out there!
