That was more a typical Lindy team. We started slow, Roy had 34 points in 35 games or something like that and in typical Ruff fashion we came on in the second half. It had nothing to do with Roy.

I didnt think we were going to have to try this hard to beat Edmonton to the bottom. At the beginning of the season, i pictured a team a lot like the last sabres team Teddy coached....scrappy and tough to play against, but just couldnt get it done at the end of the night.

He'll take the lowball offer at the trade deadline if thats all he can get. He's publicly stated he wont let FA's walk for nothing. I have a feeling TM will take a late round pick over nothing all-day, every-day and twice on sundays.....especially considering how much he likes to scout.
