Staff?
Stewart?
Gionta?
Moulson?
Ennis?
Girgens?
Coho?
Flynn?
Foligno?

Many of those are names who projected to be solid NHLers, but their actual performance warrants AHL play. The others are way past their prime and are now playing AHL worry

Gionta - hurt for good portions of season, and old, well on down side of career.
Staff, one NHL worthy season, 5+ of AHL production
Stewie- see Stafford
Coho - see Stafford, less time in league though
Foligno - see Coho

And you have to admit, all the players are playing at least one line, one pairing Niger than they should be on even a middling team. So that is the coaches fault?
Then by that measure, EJ should be expected tone a top 5 QB...and if he isn't, the coaches all suck. (he can't CONSISmTENTLY hit an open guy 5 yards down field, never has, never will

The biggest thing Murray can do right now is move the bums for picks/prospects because once the corner is turned, those extra draft picks won't be around to keep stockpiling the pipeline.

IMO the next 8 months will determine Murray's mark on the sabres and any other possible GM job

Def agree about the center position
McDavid/Eichel, Reinhart, Girgensons... That's a GREAT group
Obv the wingers are more up in the air, but I like Moulson ok, and it looks to me like Ennis will be here through the rebuild as well... So that 2 of 6 wingers... That means we only need 4 of these guys to work out, and 2 to be top line worthy...
Grigorenko, Armia, Baptiste, Bailey, Foligno, Hodgson, Fasching, Compher, Possler, Karabacek, Carrier, Olofsson, Hurley, and I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting a couple
