Take the Orange goggles off when responding.
No doubt his 20 PIM in Jan would have got us some wins and his 1 goal would have pushed us in to the playoff hunt. |

It was not this trade alone that pushed them into the mess they are in, and nobody has said it was, but Hartnell has more assists than Umberger has points and it's in fewer games, to boot.
In terms of a strictly hockey trade it was not a good trade. Umberger's been a subpar player for a big chunk of the season. |
