oh my

I did three of 'em. The first time I hit the wall ("bonked") 2 miles into the run. It's hard to use the hammies and calfs to run after you have pretty much burned up your quads on the bike. You just gut it out.

The next two I avoided bonking. It's all blood sugar science. The amount of training that goes into it permits you to stay elevated with your cardio all day.

The challenge is making sure you keep up the blood sugar so that you can avoid going lactic too hard.

Ive said it before and Ill say it again.
When this site gets some credible writers to replace the garbage ones then I will consider white listing. I don't see how adblock stops peoples revenue anyway. The ads are already on the site and have paid you for the advertising space. Whether I see it or not doesn't effect that income, cause I never click ads even when I can see them. I would actually say most people who use adblock probably use it for the same reasons I do. "I am never going to click these so I will make them go away."

When you say something like "Connor McDavid may not be good because he doesn't do the little things" you deserve al the criticism you get.

This. One of the reasons why I am starting to watch less and less football. I dont need to see a bud light commercial after every play. Its like 2 hours of ads and 20 minutes of football and I just cant stand it. The second I hear something like "This first down was brought to you by Lays chips" I am out!
