The Leafs don’t need a complete gut job, but they can’t put bandages on their roster and improve by small steps.

Seems to be some truth in the Habs being interested in ROR. Patrice Brisebois announced that when he was in the Player Development role with the Habs, Bergevin tried to acquire O'Reilly during his holdout. I still don't see it happening.
