Seeing these mocks is fortifying my belief/hope we can move Coburn to a bubble team out West (Calgary, SJ or LA). He would solidify one of their backends and strengthen their run toward a playoff spot. If not, a better slot to pick. Ive been all in for #calgarysfirstpick but I would love to get San Joses for the poetic justice of torturing 2Real - KINGKENZO
yea coburn in san jose would be |

Could you imagine how good Kessel would be if hockey pucks had chocolate chips? Every 50/50 puck battle would be like going into the corner with Dave Taylor. |

Throw in Couts and this year's first just to make it fair. We don't want to take advantage of LA. And we want Mike to forget all about that trade non-sense and know we really want him back on the team. |

Making a mistake is one thing. That was one of the poorest defensive sequences I've ever seen. That is truly a situation where a pylon would have literally been more effective. - jmatchett383
I agree, it was a very bad shift that cost the Flyers an OT goal. Doesn't make him a bad player. It happens to every defensman at one time or another.

The cap is not an issue with the Flyers, nor will it prevent them from making moves they wish to make. - flyer_nutter
Do the Flyers wish to make a move acquire Richards.
Flyers wish to acquire Duncan Keith, Rick Nash, and Shea Weber, but they don't have the cap space. See the cap really is an issue. |

That would definitely be fun. We'd need some sort of HB Fenwick for killer posts. |

We would need to measure how much the readers' feelings were hurt by the truth of posts. Like, every troll post is worth 10 points, every agreement post is worth 3? |

60% OZS, weaker competition faced than MDZ and PK time cut back drastically since his return... looks like Chief's lost a bit of faith in your boy. - Tomahawk
Context. Using a player in the best situations for the player, doesn't mean a coach has lost faith in the player. Last game against the Pens, MacDonald played 7:38 on the PK, and the Flyers didn't give up a single PP goal against. Looking at all the goals other defenseman are on the ice for, and the low amount of goals that MacDonald is on the ice for, maybe Berube should start using MacDonald more on D zone starts and on the PK, as bad as the PK has been all year.
What I find most curious, is that an objective point of view would point out the good, not just the bad, but that never happens. What does happen though is wild baseless speculation that is better classified as humor, rather then objective analysis.

Wonder what took him so long? I lost faith in AMac about 2 weeks after they traded for him. He's basically a slightly faster and slightly more skilled version of Randy Jones |

We would literally be getting rid of one the worst forward contracts in hockey for one of the few contracts thats even worse.
No thanks on Richards. Won't sell me on nostalgia. We're set down the middle for 5+ years with Giroux/Coots/Laughton |

"Mike is a .330 hitter who can still hit .280 but right now is barely hitting .200" - Dean Lombardi
Dude needs a change of scenery. I refuse to believe he still can't be an ok 2nd line guy somewhere. He needs a fresh start in the worst way....and a skating coach. |
