Oh yay...another reboot of a Marvel story not being done by true Marvel...I'll pass. It may be a $1 rental down the road, but that's about it.

Since it was talked about earlier (Taco I think brought it up):

Crosby on the rule regarding not playing after the All-Star "injury"

http://triblive.com/sport...me-penguins#axzz3PwzSwZTM

Link was put on twitter by a TSN guy, so I have more faith now.

As soon as it was announced he wouldn't be at the All Star game, the NHL app sent me an alert saying that he was ineligible to play in their 1st game back after the break. I believe it's a rule they put in place so guys don't just say "thanks but no thanks." If you're selected and don't go, you have to miss the 1st game back.

I definitely agree. He came into camp out of shape and then refused to allow them to send him to Jr. They didn't like his attitude early in the season and this type of stunt is not helping them change their minds. He's a kid still, and he's going to make mistakes, but he needs to learn that this is the big league and stuff like this is unacceptable.
- HonkFortheGoose

My question is this. Myers came into camp out of shape and it showed that "he wasn't a true professional."

Zadorov does the same and then refeuses to report to juniors, and then has a travel mishap yet people chalk it up to learning experience and say Zadorov can easily replace Myers.

Why the double standard.

No clue, I've never heard of any stories of a re-work other than what some of you have posted here.

I've said it many times - before being a ref, I'd skip over one person's posts consistently once I saw the avatar. It works well.

Completely different situation. Myers was older and had been in the league for a few years. Zadorov that had other things that prevented him from being returned to juniors.

Don't ask me, because I'm not one of the people saying he can replace Myers. I think Zadorov has at least 3 more years to prove to me he's at least as good as Myers if not better before I would be willing to say that.

The reason I feel that way is because Myers had a great rookie year and then struggled for good stretches since then. I think he's finally found his niche and is starting to put it all back together now.

He's not being suspended for coming in out of shape though, which was Myers' "only" fault

Murray is far from a genius.

Far from a genius.

Tim's face after his Uncle Bryan hung up the phone after saying that he was no longer going to help Tiny Tim make decisions as the GM of an opposing organization.
He finishes by saying "you're not in Ottawa anymore Tim", figure it out.

You know what's beyond amusing here with some of ya'll.

Some of y'all have the audacity to say that I take this site to seriously?

Insert 20 "duh" emoticons here I guess ?

Some of y'all need to heed your own words.

I know contract is the hang-up with Richards, but is his performance that far off another Kings centre this season? http://www.behindthenet.c...9+30+32+33+34+45+46+63+67
