Because he doesn't light the lamp every 3rd game, punch ppl in the mouth, or hit everything.

He is a guy that seems to always be in the right place at the right time and makes the right play way more than not. He's a very good role player playing on a bad team. it's not having players like him as to why Edmonton is having issues. Zero depth in the bottom 6 can kill an organization and is the difference for an organization in the playoffs.


That said, this team is the exact opposite. Tons of bottom 6 help, not much top 6.

On a competent team he is a 35-40 point guy that shows up huge come playoffs.


He is one of the few i hope are still around when the team is good.

Flynn is easily replaced. He really doesn't do much for me. hes not fast, not big, not physical. He's just there.

i am willing to debate that.. outside of one game after getting benched, hodgson has CONSISTENTLY sucked

Reinhart does have the opportunity to play AHL hockey next year. While I do think he will be here next year, it does pose an interesting scenario.
