I have an important question for you:

when I was in Europe a few weeks ago I picked some jewelry up for the wife to give her for Christmas however I was so tired when I got back home that I left it on the counter as soon as I walked in and she found it the next morning.


After a brief confrontation about who I was buying jewelry for, she basically claimed her Christmas present early.


Am I on the hook now for a second present just so there's poop to unwrap on Christmas morming?!?!?!

Here are your options.

Get nothing else and hear about it for the rest of your miserable life.
Take davies' advice and have roughly one less day of being miserable and put a smile on the saint of a woman who married you and bore you children

the first option will also further your reputation as being extremely cheap when Howard finds out.
