I don't feel like digging up Kings so I'll do it here

What's the most painful thing that doesn't really sound painful on paper and isn't particularly serious

My vote: muscle cramps. I've broken bones that felt 100x better than a bad hamstring cramp

i have obscenely overgrown calf muscles and when i get a calf cramp it is probably one of the top 2 worst pains i ever feel. i just curl up and groan until it's over.

i will take a hamstring cramp any day over the inner thigh muscle cramp. trying to get up to try to walk it out is the worse. you know its going to hurt like hell but its the only way to get it to stop. or at least be tolerable.
