some people apparently get punished worse by cramping than others.

mine are awful. it's tough to not actually yell out from the pain until it's over. my calf muscle jumps entirely up behind my knee and sits there all bunched up and hard as a rock (no code) until it passes.


i can't possibly hydrate any more than i do!

some people apparently get punished worse by cramping than others.

Mrs. Caper entered into a different dimension temporarily like the Sigourney Weaver character in Ghostbusters. I had to hose her down. It was truly bizarre.

i get random stomach cramps like once every 5 years

had one the other day and it was brutal. lasted like 40 seconds

cramps can easily be way more intense, they just don't last nearly as long as a migraine. if I had a bad cramp last 48 hours I wouldn't want to live anymore lol

i will take a hamstring cramp any day over the inner thigh muscle cramp. trying to get up to try to walk it out is the worse. you know its going to hurt like hell but its the only way to get it to stop. or at least be tolerable.

i also have a disc in my back that is basically like a piece of sushi with nerves sticking out all over.

doesn't count anyway since my poll was for most painful things that don't sound painful on paper. popping a baby out of your body sounds painful in every possible way. that's like #1 on the list of common things that for sure hurt a lot
