so from time to time i listen to dana tell stories about her father who has dementia. sounds like a cool old guy. always getting himself into trouble at the old home. they catch him with cigarettes and stuff. guy hasn't smoked for 50 years.

anyway, i just found out they plan bus trips to the mall and tell all these dementia patients that's what their plans for the day are. then they just take them on a scenic bus ride around town and bring them back to the old home.

they totally think they went to the mall!
