how's the house search

texted the realtor today (you text with realtors now) to let him know that there's one i think i want to look at. little 775 sq ft 1 br, 1 bath place. but the list price is really right and it's in a condo neighborhood that i like. i'll want to redo the cabinets and counter tops but they're livable for a little while. not ugly or beat up, just old looking. it's also like 15 minutes from work so that'd be sweet.

awesome! the mrs is seeing one tonight with our realtor. I'm staying home with the boys since we suspect s4tp has the stomach bug. she says she's going to facetime me. I am expecting her to come home with a signed offer sheet.

awesome! the mrs is seeing one tonight with our realtor. I'm staying home with the boys since we suspect s4tp has the stomach bug. she says she's going to facetime me. I am expecting her to come home with a signed offer sheet.

i'm gonna look at a condo. small place. nice neighborhood that i want to live in. floor is done but nothing else looks very recently upgraded. livable but i'll want to update the cabinets and counter tops pretty early, and the sink, vanity, and mirror in the bathroom. some questionable wallpaper choices are currently in effect.

buuuut, it looks like the place is in really good shape compared to some of the other ads you see and the price is really right.

worst case scenario, it's a dump but at least i gain a little bit of experience as far as going to look at a place. like what i want to check and all that.
