GRAMOS! i looked at a condo.


here's what i've learned:

-the neighborhood i'm interested in is perfect. i really liked it in there.

-the places i can afford are pretty tiny, one story condos.

-there are programs my lender can tell me about that might save me a little money in a couple different areas.


the place was really nice though. wood floor everywhere except the bedroom. the bathroom was fine, i probably wouldn't do any work in there for years. the cabinets in the kitchen were kind of plain wood. could be painted white or whatever and be fine. i'd want to replace the counter tops. they aren't beat up but they aren't nice. there's a cut thru from the kitchen to the LR, a large patio, and the bedroom was big enough.

i kind of do wish i could go for this one but the HOA fee is ridiculous. but i've zoned in on my price range and what i can expect to get at that price range.
