small issue with the heater and a couple outlets they need to fix.

they take care of those things and we're good to go. if for some reason they don't i'll just back out of the deal and kill them and their loved ones.

funny enough that isn't one of them. there's a wiggly one to the right of the sink and a wonky one up in the cabinet where the microwave is plugged in. you have to wiggle it to get it to work (yes, we're still talking about the outlet) and i say (frank) that.
