Jones is far from a prospect..he has put up good numbers...plays PP and PK. Hes a beast for 19. Hes a franchise cornerstone. Not saying phil isnt amongst top 5 wingers in the game, but id take jones straight uo for kessel in a heartbeat. Cant build around wingers IMO.

Yeah, Jones is really starting to step up for us. He is starting to play really well and its hard to remember he is only 19. In about 2-3 years, he is gunna be a beast. |

Well, if I was the Leafs I would want at least a little more than just Jones for Kessel, but that's only because anything can happen. He could be a bust, very unlikely, but possible. I could see Jones and a prospect and/or second sort of deal. But I just don't see Jones, Prospect, 1st as a deal DP takes. |
