I don't call trades, but I've put out a couple for sake of the fan base. I only say what I know, I'm not doing this for money, credibility or some form of ego building. You either except the info or not. I don't judge the fan base either way.

IMO why move Stewart for a pick? We don't need anymore picks I would maybe try to keep him and move other guys for maybe a young player or pick.

Coming into this year we had Makarov who was a rookie in Ahl last year and looked great towards the end of the season...
And Ullmark who was goalie of the year in Sweden as a 20yr old...
Both have taken a step back this year though
So as of now, I'd say its a question mark as to whether or not we have our future franchise goalie in the system or not

If he played every game like he's playing tonight, i'm right there with you. The last thing this team needs is a veteran "leader" who shows up every 10-20 games for 4 million dollars/year.
I'd re-sign him or Stafford or both for 2M./short term.....year or two.
Connolly says they will do better on the open market.
