i think it would be a fair trade.... but i don't think edmonton would do it just because of the optics of it... moving a #1 overall pick to arguably your number 1 rival could backfire big time.

I think they'll be more inclined to move picks (with the exception of their own 1st.) Their lack of depth is pretty obvious. If they can move picks for players that can help now I think they would be all over that. They have enough young talent to be able to cough up a pick or two.

NYI, EDM, ARIZ, FLD, NSH, DET, BUF, PHIL, CBJ, NJ, CAR, COL, DAL, AND OTT if they deal one of Anderson/Lehner.

I think all those teams could use help. Their either having issues with their current backups or injuries.
