You have a decent grill ? with a top rack ?

Fresh wings, Tuck the wing tip under the knuckle. to form a triangle. Put in a large bowl. Pour 3/4 bottle of franks in . toss to coat. refridge for at least an hour. Put grill on high to about 450-500. Put wings on top rack. baste. close lid and lower temp to med. 15min turn and baste. close lid. another 15 min, repeat till the way you want them (crispy or extra crispy) KEEP LID CLOSED or they take forever.

You can marinate with what ever you want . I found franks works the best. They don't dry out and end up being a good medium. Being folded . everyone gets both parts of the wing
