I don't hate him.

It's a numbers game and I just don't feel he's a "Murray guy".

Idk if Armia has much trade value right now though. Between being slow to adapt to the N.A. Style game, and all his nagging injuries, he just hasn't produced much. Although he has shown glimpses of just how talented he is.

I think he starts in Rochester next year & is likely the 1st call up.
I don't see him being traded just yet, unless it's in a package to get a really good player.


Ps... Minny making the Hawks look like they're Buffalo
I wouldn't be surprised at all if the AVs and/or Minny make a run to get into the playoffs

There should be no need to send him down. If they call up guys like Ellis to play, Grigorenko should have a permanent spot.

Besides, he doesn't have to start the season in Buffalo, he can stay in Rochester for a while

It's Buffalo or waivers next year.

Jr said it earlier this year and I thought he was off his rocker. I looked it up in the CBA and he was correct. Grigorenko's only options next year is Buffalo or needing to clear waiver to play in the AHL. It seems as though the Buffalo prior brass really screwed the pooch on this.

Why? Murray has had a lot of good things to say about Armia.

I asked about Catenacci around Thanksgiving I think it was because I remember when we drafted him JR and a few others here seemed excited about him. Sabres don't seem to be, you can say the same for Larsson. Armia, I guess they wanted to see more but haven't as of yet. Can't see him if he has injuries but maybe they want and see with him.

Honestly, I'd likely have attitude issues as well if garbage like Ellis was being called up over me when I have more talent in my toe and I was playing just as hard.

That would be great, but I highly doubt it. I think they're 8-1 in their last 9, or something like that. Just a few points behind Nashville now.

For the last 2 spots in the west, it looks like a battle between Winnipeg, Calgary, LA, Minny & the AVs
I wouldn't be surprised if the Jets & Flames end up missing

Vancouver is in that group too, but they've got some games in hand. Unless Miller gets hurt, I'd be surprised if they miss.
