Myers is so bad, that he is being asked by our coach to play the most minutes. Hes so bad that our GM says it will cost the sun and the moon to get him out of BUF.

I mean, those are 2 of the biggest endorsements for anti-Myers people to believe hes worse than Wade Redden.

I think pointing the finger at any one player in particular this season is just crazy. The overall roster lacks talent and that fact will cause issues with the guys that do have talent. There's just not enough of them to make the team a legit threat each game. Yes, they'll win some games here and there because as DD likes to say "Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while."

There are plays made every game by every single player that leave me scratching my head trying to figure out what the hell they're doing.

Besides the lack of talent, the coaching leaves A LOT to be desired. I think that really is the biggest downfall of the team right now. I don't hate Nolan, but a coach that can actually put together a game plan might actually be helpful right about now.

All I'm saying as far as Myers goes is that the love & hate has gone way too far in both directions
He's not a #1... Yet
Those who think he won't be make good points to back tht up
But those who see him making improvement over the past year & a half are definitely right as well
I guess we should all just be happy he's moving in the right direction
And just know that if he does get traded,
We should get a heck of a return
And if we keep him I think he will have a big role on what will become one of the leagues best defenses

Myers got knocked down twice today. Once from behind on a blindside elbow to the middle of his back (or head? missed the replay). And the 2nd when he took the hit to make the play up the boards because his forward failed to get the puck out the first time.

How do either of those plays get turned into a negative thing? Hockeybuzz logic.

Was thinking the same the other day Goose...would be kinda cool, but I don't think I could bare the 1st NC when the Laffs come to town...maybe then, Sabres season ticket holders will keep their seats for those games.

They got a loser point in there somewhere. 1 win in 14 games (3 points). Almost as bad as BUF 1 win in 19 games (2 points) and EDM 1 win in 21 games (8 pts).
