Murray is pretty honest. If you listen to him often, you notice that he either says "I don't make calls involving him" or something along the lines of "there's players that don't fit the long term. Those players are not named, we all know who they are and I guarantee if the media asked a direct question, like they did about Cody a couple months ago, he'd go around the question and mention there's a few players I'm shopping. When he comes out with a direct answer like "no, I'm not shopping him" it's a pretty big tell.

Also, it's not like you're saying Myers for xyz is a done deal.. you, along with the spirit of this website, calls out the offer presented, or the conversation that took place. It's impossible to prove, but like you said, lying about it has no advantage to you. We're all here clamoring for information, so when some one throws us a bone, take it with a grain of salt for at least the purposes of knowing what's going through Murray's head to cut down on speculation and throwing darts in the dark.

They've lost the last 3. Okposo is probably done for the year. I feel bad for him. Seems to have a hard time catching a break. But I'm good with the Isles going on a bit of a slide. They've been near the top for far too long now.
