I don't think prospects have to be present to be traded. Benning likely has a hard-on for Virtanen, he loves big and fast more than anything else.

I think LA is going to start the trading frenzy very soon.

After their loss tonight they really need a change.

I mean 4th line on a terrible team centering some AHL scrub and Patrik Kaleta who has never gotten more than 10 points his entire career.

He could be doing better but you can only do so much with 4th line minutes.

Agreed. They can wear down a lot of teams over a 7 game series. They just need to get into the dance.

He played himself off of the top line which is where he first started, dude was getting all the prime minutes and was producing like 2nd liner while being terrible defensively.

AV made him look way better than he was, gifted easy minutes on a good Canuck team.

Will probably get beat for a few SHGs, but hopefully more goals for and less momentum-killing horrible PP's for that 2nd unit. Higgins can (frank) off, he has no place on an NHL powerplay. I love Dorsett, but he also should be no where near a PP.
