Exactly . Good comparison.
I don't know what will happen when Richardson comes back. Kenins gives hustle and hits every shift. High energy. And has two goals, three or four less than Higgins.
Time to move some players out and make room for the kids - VANTEL
Higgins Hansen or Burrows needs to be traded for a 2nd rounder. |

All I know is Kassian must have felt real uncomfortable when He popped in the game tying goal. - vancity787
More than likely.
If you are WD who would you rather pencil in on the line up card?
Kassian who may come to play , or a guy you know who is going to create energy and scoring chances?
Kassian is his own worst enemy. He created this mess , so it is his own fault. |

All this and the team did not score in the 2011 finals - VANTEL
That's the advantage of play in the East vs playing in the West. The Canucks were hobbled by the time they got the SCF. Sure, Boston had the fair share of injuries but not to the degree that we had.
Not the mention, what has already been mentioned eleventy billion times; the NHL changed the rules of officiating after game 2. Boston was allowed to destroy us and would only get penalties once the game was out of reach. |

Higgins is most likely candidate.
Burrows goal last night is a positive and he is back on first line |

I couldnt give two shyts about Kassian right now. If Kennins comes in, does his job and the Canucks are playing better with him. Kassian can keep riding his bike.

Nice to see some of them pushing for a spot. Between Horvat and now Kennis and the likes of perhaps Jensen etc we could see a big turnover this summer - Whiskey-Tango
Let's hope |

That was AV's biggest failure. Once the PP dried up and they saw how the officials were calling the series they should have started giving it right back to Boston. |

Higgins Hansen or Burrows needs to be traded for a 2nd rounder. - Scooby_Doo
Hansens speed is too important to this slow a$$ team. Burrows I believe is a bit more of a leader in the locker room than he shows on the ice (The A on his chest would suggest that)
Although I considered Higgs to be an unsung hero in past Nucks seasons. I think hes the most expendable of the three. |

One or 2 will have to go. I know burrows is overpaid but he goes to the net far better then any player we have. 2 of
Richardson
Mathias
Higgins
Hansen
Kassian
Should go. As well as Lack and Weber |

Unless Canucks trade for a 2 nd line LWF or pick one up in the UFA market, I don't see anyone on the current roster beating out Virtanen as a second line winger.
That is not because of his skill but a statement of the lack of top 6 forwards in our system |

Pretty much though I wonder if there's a team that would actually trade for him, much less take him back as a salary dump in a bigger deal. |

Jensen is a better option at this point. If a few guys are gone I'd like them to sign Hagelin |

The only one I question is Matthias because for the first time last night he stood up and was willing to protect his teammates. His size is something we need, and if he is willing to fight then that is a bonus |

I think heff is my new favorite word.
A. because Brys is a hilarious character
B. Because it unintentionally references the biggest pimp in the world

That's fine if he gonna play like that most nights. But as a norm he doesn't go to the net or even use his size |
