I'll give the second movie this: It was exactly long enough to get me through the last flight I was on
- BulliesPhan87

It's funny you mention that. I plan on watching the third one on the plane on Friday.

Part 3 was on the other day. I watched it for almost an hour hoping it was better than I remembered. I was way wrong. What a disgrace compared to the first two. Who the (frank) wants to see michael carle one attempting to be legitimate??

I read that Coppola and Puzo wanted it to be called "the epilogue of michael corleone" as it wasn't intended to be considered part 3 of the saga. I can say with certainty that it would not have made the movie any better.

I have that to watch as well. I will have to check it out. I also enjoy historical movies. I like almost any kind of movie except ones that try too hard to be different. I can't watch anything that's trying too hard to be quirky.

The second one is much better

- PhillySportsGuy

I enjoyed story of michael much better in the first one, but I really liked the whole back story of Vito. I think the movie was worth it just based on that storyline.

Edit: And I now realize you meant the hobbit movies. I will quietly back out of the room now. Carry on.

Unnecessary amounts of gore in his films.

Sean Couturier at 1.75M and 21 years, Brayden Schenn at 2.50M and 23 years of age, Zach Kassian at 1.75M and 23 years of age. All different players. All developing in different ways. If Zack Kassian can become a Power Forward, those types normally take extra time to develop. I put Kassian in the middle between a Steve Downie and a Wayne Simmonds in terms of what he could be. At the same Simmonds is a stretch because Simmonds is undoubtedly better but I also ciew gim as the best Power Forward in the game even over Milan Lucic.
- SuperSchennBros

Sorry bro, but Kassian isn't even in Couturier or B Schenn's league as a player. I see Kassian's upside at best is developing into a 3rd line winger. I have very little interest if any.

I was talking about the Hobbit. Doesn't really matter as both the Hobbit and The Godfather are the same movie really

He's hit or miss for me. I've enjoyed some but not others. All of them feel too long, though, IMO.

A name I like out there, certainly not a flashy name, but I really like this guy: Mikkel Bødker. Probably wouldn't cost an arm and a leg either.

Kane has averaged 2.05 points per 60 over his career.
Schenn has averaged 1.89 points per 60 over his career.

Kanes had tougher usage, but he's seen much more PP time and Schenn has been forced onto lines with guys like Briere and VL for a lot of his career.

Let's not act like Kane has been outproducing Schenn by a huge mark.

- PhillySportsGuy

By all accounts the problem with Kane is attitude....that's scary....say what you want about Schenn's skill level in comparison, his work ethic and attitude has never been in question....makes you wonder if the rumors were true at the draft about both Schenn's being offered for Kane.

I haven't. The people I wouldn't trust with film grading all loved it. Others I respect said it was alright. Like a typical Clint Eastwood movie

Its not a grand sort of film like his more recent ones. Its just totally off the wall weird and hilarious. Serious at times too but just really goofy. Definitely worth a watch.

I thought it was very good, but was slightly disappointed, because I expected it to be epic, and it wasn't.

Tom Hanks makes anything awesome and I still haven't figured out why.
