yes the offer was made, but what kind of competitor could say 'yeah we'll take the two' without feeling/looking like a chump??

Fleury did get screwed, but an official on the ice that is there to even just give a head-nod at the final placement of each end would solve this type of thing forever

Still though I think common etiquette once the last rock is thrown would dictate you at least make eye contact with an opponent before shoving their rocks.

I think she became aware of the awkward non-touching-attempted-touching last tournament and just said (frank) it this time around.

not sure if you saw this on your stream but it was (frank)ing funny.

the three girls were there ready for the pic and Homan was talking to the TV guy then they called her, she took that pose, they shot one pic and then she jumped up again for another interview.

that photo actually represents the one millisecond in which she stayed in that pose.

if the photog had blown it that was it.

also love how the negotiations following the JoCo heel turn were handled by the teams' respective thirds while the skips stayed behind the lines like medieval generals during battle.
