He's a pretty nice guy, most curlers are. I remember going to the Brier patch for the first time. You see these guys and you know you recognize them and you think they are curlers, but then you realize they are drinking more than anyone in the place and have a 7am game so it can't be them.

Team Denmark or Norway( I think) was another good one. "hey buddy, you guys have any booze in your suite". Our coach gave strict instructions to the staff not to sell to us.

apparently weather's all (frank)ed up out east now so the rink is frosty as (frank), they were falling down all over the place yesterday, kinda surprising nobody breaks wrists or arms more often and I think at these small tournaments they don't bring a 5th so they probably just have a few locals waiting around.

edit: unbelievably quaint though, one team's uniforms hadn't arrived yet so the guys were curling in regular work out clothes, yesterday another men's rink had their uniforms (frank)ed up so the names on the back were wrong it was confusing as (frank).
