I'm sorry, but in my opinion it is complete and total crap.

They have literally a metric ton of potential 3rd line players and more than enough will turn into quality 3rd line players at the NHL level that getting another one of those is useless.

As useless is getting a D man back for Myers.

The team badly needs an impact winger, specifically at LW.

A late 1st and something they already have plenty of is something that will cause me to hang up the phone. Dial tone as 89 would say.

They don't need to trade Myers, which is why if he is traded, I believe the return will be more than the doubters expect.

Let me ask you an honest question.

I watched the defense and the pairings pretty hard last night against a very talented team that is very deep.

By far in my opinion the best pairing on the ice defensively was Strachan and Weber.

Not saying that they are great of course but I am just curious of your answer.

Not if you package some of these 1st and 2nd round picks for better than 3rd line roster talent.

The possibilities are endless for Murray.

I think this team will get up to 75-80 points. Close to .500 hockey. Much improvement, and we will still be drafting top 8, and hopefully give a big middle finger to the league and win one of the top 3 lottery spots.
