...but it's junior... smaller players play physical roles as well. Do people expect them to be power forwards? No, they come out of junior and show they are not. At some point over the last 4 years, people have had to clue into he the idea that he is not a power player. Ffs, people were talking Bertuzzi and power forward last season and I went back 10 games and compared his hits with Hodgsons and Kass only had 2 more hits and he had more games with zero hits...

Maybe the focus should be on his skating and offensive skills is all I'm saying. If he can produce with out being ragged on for not playing physical, his confidence can slowly be built on... maybe the power will follow or not but it could make him useful or tradeable..

Yea, it was ugly. I was pissed off that nobody stepped up and kicked his ass. He was running around like an idiot after he had his goal disallowed

If Tanev's out awhile this defense is gonna have some issues.
