This is exactly what we need, more 2nd round picks so we can draft more guys like Brad Ross.

Can't wait

- Rang

Draft year he had 68 points and over 200 pims.. I'd take that in the second round every day of the week. Sometimes it just doesn't work out

Trade Franson to Wings for Tatar and 2015 2nd, or their 2015 1st
Trade Winnik for late 1st ie. Preds, Rangers, Bruins or Wild
Trade up to 1/2 pick with 3 1sts plus good prospect if needed
Resign Santo 3.2M/4yrs and for (frank) sakes put an A on his jersey
Resign Benier 4.3M/3yr
Trade Phaneuf to Stars for J. Campbell, Honka, Goligoski (or Hemsky?) and 2016+17 2nd rounders
Trade Kessel and Robidas to Arizona for OEL, Boedker and Perlini - would do Domi instead of Boedker and Perlini
Any good FAs next year?

Ha. All the stuff I'm seeing and hearing says Kane is going to be traded, soon IMO. If we use the Seguin trade graph, we can see that not much better of a deal will land Kane. Unless he's traded for picks.

I have faith that some GM will pony up a decent offer.

You know how all GMs see lots of potential and think they will be able to fix a young players like this.

What the hell is going on with Bruce Jenner?

Is this really happening, or is it just some bizarre "reality tv" publicity stunt?

It's pretty scary.

And then you have GMs that trade JVR for Schenn.

Whenever they show a picture of him, it looks like a scary cartoon image. s/he looks truly frightening these days.

I've looked into it and determined that I don't care, and don't really get why anyone would.

Been to the ECHL. pretty much a death sentence for forwards prospects.

Look who his line mates in junior were... He rode their coattails.
I liked the puck at the time, but 5 years later, he's struggling to crack the Marlies. Been sent to the ECHL 3 different times.

Looked through Boston's roster...

They've had 1 guy who's seen any ECHL time. Bobby Robins. He's 32 and has 3 NHL games to his name... And he's currently back in the AHL, playing the valuable role of healthy scratch.

Buffalo has two skaters that have seen ECHL time. Both are 4th liners. They have a combined 0 goals this season. 4 in the last 3 seasons, combined.

And that's a team built to fail.

OK, Carolina shootout win!!! Now....let's lose to Jersey, in regulation and we're in tall cotton!

We're 5 points out of 28th! That would be a great place to finish the season! A good shot at McDavid and in all likelyhood, we end up with one of the 3 top centre's in the draft! Keep fu cking up Leafs!

We're gonna win out the season, and 16 straight in the playoffs.

And then not win the cup for another 48 seasons.

Sadly I think the Leafs break the skid this weekend, and find themselves back in 8th.

Losing to NJD is key. Beating Edmonton went hurt us as much

Exactly! A regulation loss, keeps Jersey and Ottawa ahead of us. Edmonton is a crapshoot, because they'll be waiting for us, when we get back. Usually, the first game back after a road trip, is a clusterfuk type of game. Once we get by these two games, we're playing better competition. Time for them to start moving assets, so they don't get too competitive. And, keep Bernier between the pipes. He's starting to look like Reimer last year, down the stretch.

I think Carolina has a better chance of catching and passing us, then Arizona does. They have more talent and playing in the east doesn't hurt either. We just need to kickstart Columbus.

Columbus still has 3 games in hand I believe. Once Bob goes on a streak, I feel theyll be winning games. They tend to go through massive hot streaks then massive cold streaks. No real collapses, and they were injured massively at the start of the season. Have looked good since the roster wasn't an AHL tryout squad.
