More likely reason for Reimer starting are the ongoing struggles of Jonathan Bernier. Bernier holds an .898 save percentage since Dec. 20.

Lindros without his brains being turned to pea soup was a (frank)ing beast. - markmark
Lindros was awesome but it was more important to take people out. That made him a target and cause his shortened career. He could of been up there with the greats, but no he is not.

Lindros was the most dominant and feared player in the NHL in his best years. there was no one else like him and in the mid-90s, he was the best overall player in the NHL for a time. he was labelled a generational talent and he lived up to the hype when he was healthy.
what makes him a generational player is that before he was drafted, it was said that he would be the best in the game and he lived up to that.

So who's next year's McDavid? Just curious for our prospect-watching compadres - TheThrill
There really isn't one. Sean Day, Chychryrurynr or however you spell it, Sam Steel (Sick name). Auston Matthews. Also Matthews is about 12 days from the 2015 draft cut-off, he's one of the oldest players in the 2016 draft. Wouldn't be surprised if some of the younger guys begin to pass him as the year goes on.

Exactly. He's not there in the records because of the injuries but he is up there in terms of being head and shoulders above the pack.
