First time posting on any board, so the hashtag seemed like a good move at the time. Had to show some love for kimmo though. Can agree Eklund is a joke - jeff9689

It's too bad there aren't 9th round draft picks anymore so somebody could have equivalent value to trade for him.... - WillieAA

Wow. If you hate the Flyers that's fine, but show some respect to an incredible leader who has been a rock for both the Preds and Flyers. Don't any of you have homework to do before you go to bed. #children - jeff9689
Yeah, don't comment on the maturity of some of the people posting here and then hashtag like this is twitter or one of those other Social Media sites the kids are using |

Kimmo went through something pretty horrible and may have never skated again, so I'm glad he's able to keep going. Some of you guys need to get real and stop being douchenozzles. I hate Philly just like pretty much everyone on the board but I'm glad for the guy. |

Kimmo is maybe the classiest guy to skate up in the NHL, Whoever tries to debate that, shouldn't be allowed to post ! I really wish he'd hang em up because I don't wanna see him get any more serious issues from playing. Blood Clots are nothing to play around with.
I know that's not going to happen, I selfishly hope it does. Live a fairly healthy rest of your life Kimmo. If you must play, I wish you and the flyers would work something out where you'd get traded to a favorite to make it far in the playoffs and possibly get you your cup. |

I'm one of Eklunds biggest fans but sometimes I think he can make things a bigger deal than they are. Usually things that have to do with the Flyers he makes it out to be a big deal. Del Zotto sucks and Timmonen skating or playing again means very little. I wouldn't say this deserved it's own entry. Timmonen is very old he is almost over the hill (that basically means that he's almost 40). - woopstash
But he's a Flyer. |

Really? Kimmo Timmonen is the classiest player to play in the NHL? I'm sorry sir, but that distinction belongs to monsieur Beliveau, and it's not up for debate. As for a player of this generation, he's no slouch, but lets not say things we can't take back. I am happy he's made a healthy rebound though, whether it's in hockey or not, it's nice to know his health won't be a question in life going forward. |

Sorry, but Pat Verbeek was a far classier player than monsieur Beliveau. |

Kimmo may not be the classiest guy in the NHL, but he's certainly a man among men who deserves respect.. He has the heart of a true warrior and has, even at his "advanced" age, been one of the better two-way D men in the league. I appreciate all he has given to the Flyers in his time with the team. I wish him well in his comeback and in whatever he chooses to do after his time is done with the NHL. |

Kimmo. Please think of yourself, and your family first. Getting up to game speed will take some time as well. I just hope that the team realizes that the season can't be saved by one man on D. It would be great to see him play again, but you have to ask yourself, is it worth the risk? |
