he was about out of gas, or at least looked that way to me, got off a clean shot. he was a bit rushed with the defender right behind him and from the behind the net replay it looked like it glanced off halak's blocker. i knew he wouldn't score. - hammarby31
I feel like he is often released for breakaways but is usually caught by trailers. He's just SLOW. I was stunned he got a shot off without his usual circle back to let everyone set up. |

Hinkie would have the Flyers sitting with the best farm system in hockey, tons of draft picks, $20M in cap space and heading right for a top 5 pick |

Like I said earlier I noticed last night that some guys seemed like they hated clutterbuck so I was having some fun. Sorry won't happen again - Vukota
I liked Clutterbuck better in Minnesota, when he was causing pestilence and plague on someone else's fan base. |

We generally have no problem bantering with other fan bases, but when you come in out of nowhere and post nothing but a picture of the guy who just beat our team...I don't know how that can be taken as anything but trolling. - jmatchett383
A picture is worth a thousand words. Only one of them (0.1%) is 'trolling.'

They'd have the best collection if crippled young talent in the league.
But, if they ever get healthy and can play like they did against 16-20-year-olds...look out. |

Sixers are about to have their third straight season with multiple first and second round picks.
The Flyers method of rarely picking in the 2nd round and trading away multiple first rounders over the last 10 years seems to have worked out well for them though. |

It's easy to tank and get top picks!
P.S. That Andrew Bynum trade was fantastic. |

The Flyers at least have generally been an enjoyable team to watch over the past 20 years. Aside from the 2001 season and the surprise run (due to injuries to the other team's star player) a few years ago, the Sixers have been a train wreck over that same span. |
