Agree . Diet and exercise best prevention IMO - VANTEL
You know what's supposed to be a great one? The paleo diet....the goal is to eliminate all processed food and un-natural sugars. |

Perhaps this is not the appropriate forum for this discussion. Even if anyone on her was qualified to give a medical or alternate treatment assessments, the hostility in the discourse is unwelcome. Let stop. - micah555
I'm pretty sure that's the point RC was getting to in the first place. |

RC has just as much right to his opinions as anyone else on here.

I agree he does, but if he is going to attack a regular member of the board who was trying to be helpful, then I think we all reserve the right to defend Vantel, especially when his logic has flaws as well. By no means is his attack iron clad |

A fair point made in an ungracious manner. There's no need to be a Richard to make a case. |

IMO restrictive diets only work because people are unable to eat as much food as a result. Lots of processing is actually quite healthy and I don't see a reason to say stop eating bread because it is a human product. IMO the best diet is one that includes foods from all sources, uses nutrients at the correct times that they are needed, and only avoids trans fats. For instance, simple sugars are a great thing to have after intense exercise because they replenish your body's glycogen stores |

He's been saying that telephone installers shouldn't give medical advice. I'm sorry, do you go to Telus to get your heart checked out ? |

I think Dorsett has got to be my favourite Canuck this year. The guy is a beast. So hungry for the puck and plays balls to the wall. Can you imagine a game where 20 guys played like that on each team? It would be the best game ever with no survivors. |

Chocolate milk, water and lots of fruit, best summer meal after spending the day working out (throwing haybails) |
