I think Dorsett has got to be my favourite Canuck this year. The guy is a beast. So hungry for the puck and plays balls to the wall. Can you imagine a game where 20 guys played like that on each team? It would be the best game ever with no survivors.

Unfortunately, I think they'll have to overpay to keep him.

RC has just as much right to his opinions as anyone else on here.

Just because some people live here doesn't mean they own the place.

- golfingsince

He certainly does have that right but perhaps using some more civility and not so aggressively attacking others with differing opinions would be a more welcomed approach. Sorry, but he came across as a bullying assshole.

I agree he does, but if he is going to attack a regular member of the board who was trying to be helpful, then I think we all reserve the right to defend Vantel, especially when his logic has flaws as well. By no means is his attack iron clad

That's why I wrote in the very first paragraph , I am no expert .

I was just trying to pass on a point as you said there are other avenues.

I should have told VanCity in a PM , but thought if someone knew more ,then they could add or discuss.

We all have a concern for how VanCity is doing and that is why I posted here.

I didn't think some self righteous asshat was going to take what I said as bible.

That's good about the THC oil helping. As for the depression there is a book called Dr. Hsu's Guide to Surviving Cancer that I was told (by someone currently battling cancer) really helps them with the mindset/motivation so might be helpful
- bezz44

I had a concussion (one of many) back in my junior days, didn't know it back then but had a serious migraine headache, so I smoked some hash oil from one of the other guys.

I'm not sure if it was that snake-oil or the 8 hamburgers I ate from 7-11 but it made me feel worse

Never touch that poop again - beer curse all that ails me these days.

That's the way hockey was meant to be played, unfortunately our team plays with a heavy European country club influence. Which is not bad, it's pretty to watch at times. But I find the Dorsettian bang and crash style much more entertaining and easy to cheer for.

I'd buy his jersey if he signed long term.

I think I read that him and his wife absolutely love the Columbus Ohio area and return in the summers, I see him signing there.

Not going to lie. I've been on this site for a long time and have no idea who that moron is

I look at his date and it makes me laugh

Thats how insignificant he's been on these boards. Go back under your shell.

Yeah, too bad. Maybe Benning can find a decent replacement.

He's kinda like Rypien is he not? He is a bad a$$ and will roll you if needed. And can actually put the puck in the net while being, I wouldnt say a goon. But maybe more of a pest?

Nice to see a guy be able to do things on the fourth line with and without the gloves on. Usually its only one or the other with this team.

He lives there in the offseason , loves it there so it will have to be a good contract to keep him here.

I heard also on the radio all three UFAs like it here too

this pretty much sums up the level of humour and depth of analysis of this place. i'm pretty sure most of the regulars will find it hilarious.

well done. keep up the good work.

I like what Matthias has been doing lately. Would be nice if he dropped the mits once in a while to really bring that power forward game.

Richardson and Higgins are the two I'd let go.

Now why would you go and say that? This is why regulars move to other threads.
