I love what I see from him in Rochester, but I really don't like what I've seen from him here. During one of his stint here to took a bunch of lazy penalties and looked disinterested, IMO.

yup...won't disagree...in his defense, and this is from what I've gathered, it takes him time to adapt to the next level...for instance year one in the ahl, 16 goals in 69 games for Houston and Rochester...year two, 15 goals in 51 games...this year 13 goals in 39 games...in looking at his numbers overseas, it's the same pattern...i'll agree though, he hasn't been able to break through the nhl thresholdyet

I have a real issue that Ellis is still on the NHL roster right now. I get that they don't like Hodgson's game, but it's an absolute joke that Hodgson was a scratch tonight and Ellis was in the lineup.

I'm on the keeping Myers in Buffalo train and I have been the last 2 years. If he gets dealt I want to see a top line winger coming back. I'm not a fan of the Ducks rumors.

If I'm TM Evander Kane is number one right now. Stewart and St Louis 1st and maybe a mid level prospect (Bailey, Baptiste perhaps).

The lack of intensity or fore check in general is very frustrating

I have seen Matt Ellis on this roster far too many times.

I just didn't think it was realistic to get a young quality player of Fowler's caliber, especially from a team like the Ducks who would rather keep him for a playoff run. Fowler for Myers seems like a lateral move if not a downgrade for the Ducks so if you can pull that off I'll be surprised.

But Nolan is not going anywhere . He has been dealt a crappy hand. You cannot fire him for that. The ultimate goal is in sight. I believe he will be given 1 more year unless they can score a Babcock in the off season. He was given a 3 year contract. They have to pay that anyways. I can see them giving him at least 1 more year. Murray's guy is not ready to leave Binghamton yet as he already turned down the promotion to the NHL from Ottawa.

It depends. Sometimes they leave it up to the coach in the A. They call and say, we need a guy for X position and they let the AHL coach choose who deserves to get the call up. Sometimes it's the GM because they want to see what a particular guy can do here. I would imagine that the coach can voice his input as well if there's a certain guy he would like. Just depends on the situation I guess.

Do you want to be hard to play against? We need better talent. Which probably means we don't get our McEichel. Teddy has been dealt a crappy hand this year. I am under no delusion that he is our long term coach . But people lining up to throw in under the bus is just a little stupid as well . Get over it. We stink and we were meant to stink.

Tim Schaller deserves a long term shot. Not just a 4 game bullsh!t call up.

Kid has 15 goals in just over 40 games. On pace for almost 30. For a defensive specialist, he sure can pop some goals in.

Thats what we need. Guys that like to score goals and do it regularly . I can care less if a guy plays good or punches someone. We need some goal scorers. Hell if we drafted a goalie that can score ... I'm all for it.

I'm just saying guys with that size, speed, and skill don't come around very often.
