I see this year's top line also being next year's top line. That would allow the kids to kind of ease into things. After that... not sure what your concern is? Plenty of room on the 3rd and 4th lines. Gringo and Armia will slide in together and I think Schaller passes several people on the depth chart.

You cant just plug these guys on a line they are not fit for. Murray has a lot of work left to do.

The Blues are another team in cap trouble. They have RFAs to sign Tarasenko, Paajarvi and Allen this year as well as UFA Jackman. They will have a tough time this year, but also need to leave room for Backes, Rattie and Schwartz next year. About $16m to sign 8 guys this year.

I'd suspect Berglund to be moved prior to July 1st when his 7 team no thanks list kicks in.

Tarasenko isn't going anywhere and they have all summer to get down to the limit as they can spend 10% over the cap. They have about 20 mil to spend in the offseason, worry how to get to the cap limit all summer.

i cringe when i hear "3 scoring lines". we have the worst offense anybody has seen in decades. i suppose that might be the ultimate goal for murray though, he seems to like the kings build. i heard grigorenko was playing much better defensively this year in rochester, i know he will never win the selke, anybody have thoughts on if he can be responsible enough to play center in the nhl regularly next season (we will lose him if he has to clear waivers to go down)?

I think/hope he starts in Rochester next year and once he comes up, stays.
