It is in that segment. Something about them being weird, shaving the same and rooming together.
Will Don Cherry go off on how stupid this stuff is? - hillbillydeluxe
Funny thing, Seguin was traded because he was such an idiot. And that says a lot because Boston is a team full of idiots so you can imagine how much of an idiot Seguin must have been. |

I disagree we had this discussion before the season started there are different types of leaders in the room. Just because they are not the alpha male stereotypical leader doesn't mean they aren't good chiefs. Leadership comes in many different forms and you balance out a locker room with them. You can't tell me that when Henrik has something to say the team isn't listening. - thundachunk
I agree there are different types of leaders but it doesn't seem as though anyone is ever willing to 'go through a wall' for them. Watched the Canucks get slapped around for far too long.
Then, in all the time the Sedins have played in Vancouver, has no one ever stepped up in their defense?

I hope we don't trade our first round pick. I know a few question Paul Bittner but what I have seen I like.
6'4 he cani score , he can play tough and big. He was very noticeable at the prospects game amongst his fellow stars. - VANTEL
After watching Portland play the other day. I'm really suspect on Paul. I was high on him but i'm afraid after seeing him play he will be the next Kassian. |

Maybe a little in scrums, but I am not sure if they would be happy if anyone did? They have their style of play and may not want to see guys taking penalties trying to protect them.
Not sure if I agree with that approach or attitude, but dont' think it is far from the truth. |

Kane has scored 30 goals once and been no where near since. He's got attitude issues, the Jets are trying to trade him, yet Canucks would have to give up Horvat, McCann and a 1st to get him...
Makes zero sense, this better just be media morons coming up with poop. Any trade for Kane should centre around Kassian and if that isn't enough for the Jets, then go somewhere else.
Horvat and Virtanen should be untouchable unless it's for someone outstanding, and Kane is definitely not that player. - Scooby_Doo
That's what i've been talking about when I hear any trade rumour its not worth it at all anymore.
Prospective that's the 9th, 24th and whatever we get this year probably a 15-20 pick for the 4th overall pick who can't stay healthy, barely breaks the 30 goal mark and is a douche bag. |

Kesler fought Brown as well after his big hit on Hank.... but that was months after the hit.
Sestito fought Nolan after his hit on one of the twins.
sure there is a bunch more |

Bob McKenzie said in an article yesterday that Horvat, Virtanen are off the table. Benning has also said they are not trading their first this year. Not that those statements are beyond scrutiny, but I just don't see it happening. IMO Benning is interested to a point, like he was with moving up in the draft |

Rypien (RIP) used to regularly enforce. Admittedly I can't recall if it was ever in a Sedin's defense. |

When Seguin became available I was all in on this board with regards to what I thought we should trade for him. Even though Kane is in the same young misfit category I don't see them as having the same issues, nor the same talent level.
I'm more on the fence with what I'd offer in a trade for Kane but, going back to BobMac's suggestion of Kassian/McCann/1st I'd definitely make that gamble, though WPG will get offered more. If Horvat, Virtanen, and our 1st are off the table for Benning then we should really move on as it's not happening. |

Yeah, there is no way Benning is going to give up the Canucks future for a sack of poop. If he was to make a deal in the line of Hansen, Jensen and a 1st in 2016 lol.
Benning needs to find a way to get at least 5 second round picks because I want Brandon Carlo, Ryan Pilon, Ryan Gropp, Anthony Beauvillier, and Gabriel Carlsson.
Which Ottawa, Columbus and Buffalo all have two picks. |

Good, Canucks can't give away much. Kane is high risk, doesn't matter what the return is, if he comes here ruins the locker room, and then we have to deal him away.
High risk players with issues, don't get 1st, or highly touted prospects. They get late 1st rd picks, 2nd rd picks, and middle of the road players and prospects. |

Higgins Burrows ,a goalie , Richardson, a Dman should all be traded off by the draft.
