The team has really played an excellent road game so far. If they could just finish it could be 4 0. G, Laughton cooter and jake had amazing chances that could or should have been buried

They played a good first period, but a lousy 2nd period. Habs attempted 35 ES shots in that period. Flyers have had a few good scoring chances, but overall, they got throttled in that 2nd period. Very lucky to still have the lead.

he's getting support, but has also made some stellar saves. unfortunately, the flyers could have buried another 2 or 3 goals ahead of the onslaught. it's a tenuous lead at best.

to give up 17 shots in the period and still be up a goal is miraculous.

Emery seems to be moving pretty well tonight.

I know the shots are pretty close at 24 - 19, but it sure feels like the Habs have about 15 GOOD looks at the net compared to about 5 for the Flyers.

He's had some rough starts this season but let's not forget the good. The Penguins brawl. Washington Sunday. The first Montreal/Philly game this season, Emery was our best player and we stopped playing.

He's doing his part. The Flyers played good in the first, bad in the second. They need to be a lot better in the third.
