I only trade Myers if I get more than Kane back. Myers Armia Ruhwedel Enroth and a First for Kane Bogosian and Hutchinson.

I feel like this would be the time to trade for Kane if we do because we can get him for the cheapest option,

I wouldn't go any higher than a combination of the following assets

Stewart, Stafford, Foligno
Hurley, Baptiste
St Louis/NYI 1st

That's about it. Maybe Myers but they'd have to throw in a defenseman too.

I am prepared to offer Stafford/Stewart, Grigorenko, Compher and a first for Kane and Nic Petan. The UFA's are a throw in so really its Grigorenko, Compher and a first. Reasoning being Grigorenko will not have a place on this team if Reinhart pans out. If we draft 1st or second overall it will likely be our 1st or 2nd line center of the future. So our top three centers would be Girgensons, Reinhart, and fingers crossed, Mceichel. Compher will be a good bottom six player more than likely. He is a center currently so he would have to move to wing anyways due to depth which I already explained. Our first pick on top of this seems steep but for a late round pick its really not so bad. We need to start turning some of these prospects and picks into Players ready now. This is the perfect opportunity.

This might be accurate but that's really favoring Winnipeg. Murray is too intelligent to accept this. How much longer does Bogosian have left on his contract? Also, I'd rather get a SOLID prospect than a 1st rounder. Enough with all the draft picks!

If there is any way we can just trade Stewart, Armia, and a second round pick I would do it. We should definitely try and trade Myers, Stafford, Foligno, and the late first rounders for OEL, and their first round pick. Then we can draft McEichel, and use Arizona's pick to draft Mitchell Marner.

Okay, just got the answer to my question. Bogosian is signed until 2018 at a cap hit of 5.1x per season. Kane's cap hit is 5.2x... I'm not big on shipping Lumieux or Myers. More creativity needs to happen.

That's a huge rip off. How many of our top prospects are we going to give up for a troubled player. What you are giving up is waaaaay to much for a player that has scored 30 goals all but once in his 6 year career and has struggled to reach twenty in the other 5. I bet Murray laughs at this if he sees it. Seriously I called the Ott trade 3 months before it happened and I don't go around saying I have inside info. Who's your source? At some point, Murray will need to move a few prospects for a stud player. (not saying Kane is that, but it will need to happen at some point). If they get a first back too, that adds additional value in a deep draft (or trade bait to get more top end talent)
