McDavid in Toronto makes no impact in attendance but they'd sell truck loads of jerseys and tv ratings would balloon. In my opinion he'd make little to no difference in Arizona, nothing is going to get those people to go to the games. Carolina? Sure I guess he probably makes a difference there. The money to be made off McDavid in Toronto is incredible though.

If you look at it as Myers for Bogo and Armia, Lemieux and a 1st for Kane, it makes quite a bit of sense. #Sabres

Where was Murray when Bogosian was drafted? Did he "just miss out" on being able to grab him? Maybe he always coveted him, who knows. Does seem very linear to me

bogosian has a bit better stats and played against better competition but is on the clearly better team.

bososian is 400k cheaper per year.

We got Kane so I'm okay with it now. I always felt we were hurting the D core by trading Myers and not getting a top 4 D back. Now we have a guy that is better atm and probably will always be.

I'm with you on this one 100%
I don't like the type of person Kane is.
I don't like him moving Lemieux.

I think the thing that makes me like this trade is that we included stafford and not stewart. I think he can fetch more for him. After this trade though, I almost hope he signs long term here. Kane-McEichel-Stewart would be incredibly difficult to play against.
