well kane doesn't want to play in winnipeg either. I think until he proves to not be a good player teams will always be willing to give up assets for him. I don't see selling low as a problem unless he becomes hodgson 2.0

You would assume if that rumoured Mega deal was going down that Bob and Dreger would have mentioned something about approaching him to waive it.

people who say this potential trade is too much better not also be saying they dont want a long rebuild.

sabres are in a great spot because of how many prospects they already have. flip some of them even if you "lose" the trade to get better faster.
