Sorry but world jrs isnt enough for me to bite. You give that kind of trade up for an already proven player. That kind of deal got us Kane.

You can't give up a guy thats already proven to be a top 6 forward "ennis", a former top 10 pick with a high ceiling "grigs" and a first that most likely will be top 10 for Domi. Thats nuts.

I think you have way too much love for a guy than is necessary. Is Nolan a nice guy? Probably. I haven't personally met him, but he seems like a nice enough guy. But he had to know in general coming in here that thing were not going to be good and that this was probably just going to be a temporary job. Yes, he got a contract extension, but I'm sure there's a lot more that happened behind closed doors than we know.

I don't hate Nolan, but once this rebuild is close to complete, he really should not be the guy behind the bench. He just doesn't have what it takes.

Did you not hear the part where Murray had to save face??? Not resigning Nolan would have looked really bad. They decided to give him another year and we are even worse now than before. And we did bring in players that on paper made us look better than what we did at the end of last season. Fact is this. Nolan is not a good NHL coach. Let him and his below .500 record go back to the juniors.

Mr hard hat, I like pat a lot and know him very well. But the hall of famer youtalk about, has had one,I mean,five I mean ten to many concussions. Do you have any idea what transpired between Terry and pat. Terry gets along with everyone,he hated him. If Murray thinks he can do better then get rid of him, we owe him nothing. No one of any worth was going to accept a coaching job here the past off season. We had to hire someone and that someone was Nolan. I don't have a problem with Nolan, if we give him one more year so be it but if Murray thinks he can hire a better coach going forward, then do it.
