Yeah. Its funny. My wife and I often joke that if we didn't have student loans, we would feel rich!
Its a little weird seeing just how rich people are out here. We hold it down, but i sure as hell didnt grow up with the kind of money most people take for granted out here.
Its truly a beautiful part of the country. I can be on a good beach in 25-30 minutes if i get up early enough on a weekend, can snowboard in pretty amazing mountains in 2-1/2 - 3 hours? I have great foothills to hike in 12 minutes away, the desert, etc...you make more money but you spend more money.
