B) Is under 30
C) Has a contract under $8MM per year.

I can care less what the Leafs do, we are so close to being a better organization and turning this around, by taking on that crap contract and giving up so much to get him it makes no sense.

A lot of guys have some "character issues." At some point, I don't give a poop what they're doing off the ice as long as they're producing on it. (Murder, rape, etc are not acceptable in any way though.)

Kane is a guy that found success at an early age, got paid a good chunk of money for it, and maybe went off the deep end a bit. It happens to a lot of guys. Just look at a lot of the guys in the NFL.
