You really don't get the whole "fresh start" perspective of any of this do you?
I'm excited about seeing him play next year. He scored at a .65 ppg pace last year. That would have been first on the team. So, he's better than anything we had before the trade. And I'm all for getting better. - HonkFortheGoose
No I definitely do.
I don't get the need to spend 5 assets on someone who needs a fresh start.
Like I have said before, If it were Myers straight up, or even all of the assets for someone like Hall or Tarasenko I would feel differently.

This isn't true but whatever.
Bogosian is a top 5 pick who hasn't lived up to expectations. His best offensive season came at a young age, and had been criticized by the local media for a few years now....sound familiar?
He was on a playoff team and mustered 13 points.
Myers was on a bottom feeder and had 13 points. - sbroads24
SB, I think Murray overpaid for that transaction in its entirety IMO to be sure.
But honestly, if I was offered Bogo for Myers straight up, 100 times out of 100 I would take Bogo.
But that's just my hankering for a more rugged dman with almost identical offensive numbers the past 4 seasons.

I have watched both of Staffords post trade videos and the Winnipeg press keeps trying to goad him into talking trash about buffalo, but he flips it around. You can tell he enjoyed his time with the sabres. - Themomentgood
Liked him as a human being. Met him, liked him a lot actually. I'll leave it at that.
Too many always look for a negative in anything . Never enjoy a positive. They must be a joy to hang with . - cabin
Whats a positive to you could be a negative to others, whats a positive to others could be a negative to you. Unless we win the cup, there will always be varying degrees of positives and negatives.

Why do you stop at the "past 4 seasons"? So that you dont have to include Myers best statistical seasons where he made Bogo look like Weber?
