And I seriously doubt the people who actually vote for the award already made a consensus decision that Forsberg was a lock. That would be more than a little unprofessional. Kinda like how you like to misrepresent information to support your point.

I am not manufacturing anything. I have heard MULTIPLE voters say at this point it is a lock. Again, as I stated assuming Forsberg stays healthy and continues his level of play (but I also figured that was assumed). Obviously, if any of the candidates started struggling now it would hurt their chances. I really don't care to argue with you as you have your opinion and I mine. I respect yours and you should do the same.

Nashville is a good team with a world beater of a goaltender. I still think there's room for this team to improve. If we can avoid the injury bug and get all our guys healthy at once... Have we even had that yet? There's always been someone out all year. Fisher, Rinne, Ellis, Wilson for a few, Ekholm. Am I missing anyone?

Last I heard was that DP and looking to lock in Ribs as well as Fish.

Forsberg is a lock for the Calder for sure (assuming no major injury that causes him to miss games)

Rinne deserves the Vezina, but Carey Price does too. Weber has been due to win a Norris for years now and is deserving this year for sure.

Rinne and Weber will most likely get snubbed due to playing in Nashville. I think they have both come to terms with that. It's sad but it's how it goes.

That's almost as clueless as the guy over on the Jets' comment thread that said now with Myers, they may have the best Defensive Corps in the West. Hahaha. Pekka was a big reason the Preds won. But also, when the Preds Captain was in the box, a kid who is on the 3rd D pair helped shut down 90 seconds of 5-on-3 play, stuffing multiple opportunities. And don't forget Shea Weber unleashing multiple bombs that did damage in various ways.

Sure, the Preds didn't have their best possession game last night. But they still found a way to beat the Jets.
